glad it does this instead of turning on a huge oven to bake small dishes/reheat pizza etc. The giant oven takes 10 minutes to heat up and 30 minutes to cool. So I wanted to try something more efficient. it does the job well. I'd say look at it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - it could easily pose a fire hazard - it's basically a large toaster. When I first started using it (heating up a slice of pizza) it started smoking. I had a pizza too close to the heating element - so from now on I'll be there at all times while something is cooking to make sure it doesn't start a fire. this. Never leave it alone when using it. I plan to use this instead of my huge/energy efficient oven.
