Incorrect items on forms, paperwork and money handling

I was able to set the combination and open the lock properly once. Subsequent attempts resulted in the lock being opened with ANY combination. A second attempt to set the combination resulted in the box locking and never being opened again. Luckily I haven't installed the box on the door yet and haven't put the key in it yet.
