Not suitable for phones with a case and tall phones. The holders/pins lack a good grip and depth to hold the phone without falling out at the slightest bump in the road. The gravity hold system doesn't help either, as there's no rigidity when the phone is placed in the mount; held very weak, so strong that I had to secure it with a rubber band so even the phone would stay in the holder. And the pins/holders are only suitable for fixing the phone on the bottom 1/3 of the height of the phone; annoying the problem of loose grip. The design seemed to work but the execution of this product is lacking making it pretty much useless. I have to say that the air mount and Ballhrad phone holder work well but without a working phone holder the product is useless. Keep only to avoid going through the return process.
