Measured from wrist. Big. Yes but. measured and it was too small as I was fit for the medium. came back and grew up. Recieved today. still too small. Problem? Well they measure around the wrist. big! but. They do NOT take into account the size of your forearm. i am not heavy My forearms are not big. and I understand about compression, but. Measuring around the wrist is useless if it doesn't fit your forearm. too tight, and I mean a tight numbness, not a tight squeeze. So remember, measuring the way they say doesn't mean you're getting the right food.
