I was really hoping this would work. I am a disabled spine veteran and now that I am getting older I had to order this to help with my shoulder pain and posture. However, after using this product for about 3 weeks, it does not work. This means that the straps must not stay in place. They are very difficult to tailor to where the user gets the most support. The material is also very thin. I'm only 5ft 2in, very small in the shoulders, but that shouldn't be a problem. The problem I see is the design of the product and the straps stretch too much leaving too much excess and no room to attach to the back of the brace. I tried to adjust before putting on this product but again the straps don't hold. Very disappointing. I will wash my hands and donate this. Maybe someone else can use it, but I advise you, if you are small, it is not worth buying a good product.
