These breast forms are the most realistic feeling of any of the types of breast forms available. They're soft, pliable, and have a weight that's similar to the weight of real breast tissue. As long as they're securely held in a bra, they move with your body like real breast tissue as well. I like that they are a bit concave on the back side so that my natural musculature can fill the space, and that they don't have brightly colored aureolas, which can show through thinner bras and blouses. The irregular shape is also a plus allowing you to position them in a way that the form looks more like natural tissue. I've had several pairs similar to these and there seems to be a trade off between realistic feel and durability. There are tougher, more rubbery forms out there, but these have the best feel and will last a long time if properly cared for.
