Background: I have a 1 year old English Mastiff, a 5 year old Labrador and a 7 year old Pekepu. Now they only react to the sound signal. I have been very pleasantly impressed with the success of these collars for us. Dogs also learn when it's okay to bark. When they go outside, they usually howl or whine to let us know they're ready to come in. They can still do it (by removing the collar or reducing sensitivity), but surprisingly now they don't want to start a barking fight with the neighbor's dog. Increasing or decreasing the sensitivity is also very quick and easy. The collar does not need to be removed. For anyone who doubts that this is a humane treatment, it's far worse when dogs develop nervous, restless, anxious, and anxious behavior. This only puts humans and dogs in a bad relationship dynamic. It's healthier, softer, and kinder to set boundaries for them. We and they are much calmer now! Hope that helps!
