Also, the handle only has one tier shorter than what it described so we try 5ft to help my daughter roll the backpack, it's too short. Otherwise so far so good.—Update—After a year of use, the zipper is still strong and the backpack is still working. Overall everything is fine despite the small hole, so update the rating to 3.
