I have used this bag for the last two semesters in nursing school. It survived! AND IT'S ON! This is the best part! I had another bag on wheels and as soon as I stopped it fell forward if I didn't hold the handle. But this one is like a dream! It's a bit short on pockets, but the fact that it stands makes up for the few pockets it has. Absolutely worth the price!

After a day of use, we noticed an almost invisible hole in the upper front, which the manufacturer installed to fit perfectly. Also, the handle only has one tier shorter than what it described so we try 5ft to help my daughter roll the backpack, it's too short. Otherwise so far so good.—Update—After a year of use, the zipper is still strong and the backpack is still working. Overall everything is fine despite the small hole, so update the rating to 3.

Bag handle broke in first week of use. What I mean by broken is the handle gets stuck in the up position and won't come back down, or gets stuck in the down position and won't come back. I can no longer lift the handle to use my book bag at school. I should have known better to buy another bag from this company. The first purple 1 I bought from them last year had a wheel right out of my pocket when I left school. The bag is nice, but the durability sucks.

I have two daughters in primary school and this school year both have asked for a wheeled book bag. I have purchased two of these bags and have concluded that this is a worthy investment that will at least last them through the school year. Three months into the school year the straps on one of the bags broke and my daughter was only able to use the roll.
