This worked great for us. We have a 300 gallon swimming pool and we used it to raise the temperature from 62 degrees to 86 degrees. That gave us a few extra weeks to swim!

My kettle broke down and I had to heat water until it was replaced so I could give my kids a warm bath. This worked great for heating buckets of water. Not long at all. Definitely something I will make sure to always have with me in case of emergencies.

I used this to heat a 12 x 36 foot above ground pool so it didn't feel like ice. It took three days but the water was suitable for swimming. The difference in degrees between my float thermometer and the electronic unit that came with the heater, my float thermometer was 10 degrees lower AND more accurate.

We have not yet completed the refurbishment of the area we plan to include in our tankless hot water system that we will be getting here on Revain 😉. so we got it now and are so glad it worked so quickly! Just in case, I bought some epoxy to create an extra seal around the cord. I didn't want anyone to be accidentally electrocuted. But thank god we have hot water! It's worth it! This heater does a great job of heating water. I heated 7 gallons of cold tap water to slightly warmer than shower temperature in about 25 minutes. However, the thermometer leaves a lot to be desired as it actually reads 1 degree lower than it was before the heater was submerged in water and because the instructions (like everything I've ever been told) warn against putting your hand in the container. Beginnings but here's a rundown of the value. I have a 200 gallon plug and play hot tub that heats about 2 degrees an hour after draining and refilling. I bought it to speed up the process.
