Beginnings but here's a rundown of the value. I have a 200 gallon plug and play hot tub that heats about 2 degrees an hour after draining and refilling. I bought it to speed up the process. I used a thick extension cord (1875W) and also checked that I plugged it into the same circuit. This draws 2000 watts so don't use a cheap cable. In short, I went from the heater at 2 degrees and an hour to 5 degrees. I used to get that with a 220 volt hot tub. When the box arrived skepticism was natural as the instructions and labeling were clearly written by someone with very little English. But don't let that discourage you. For the price it's a good thing. But I've only used it once.
