The system has helped us understand our customer's journey, which in turn helps us improve conversion rates across all channels for each user/visitor we serve. We have also been able to see how different types of users are engaging with content that they consume via social media or search engines like Google! This makes it easier when creating new campaigns as well since you know what type of person will be interacting most effectively within your network. I would say this tool needs some additional features added but overall very beneficial once implemented correctly (i.e., having someone who knows SEO marketing). It takes time getting used to though - so make sure there isn't anything else out there similar before implementing into production. Understanding where customers come through various sources such as organic searches vs paid ads allows me to adjust my strategy accordingly.
