Gtes 4 stars because when I said it didn't fit the headlight socket Revain gave a full refund without having to return it. I got one locally that fits my headlight. Revain shipping would have made it more convenient not to settle for one, and it would have been a few bucks cheaper than a similar one. Luckily it's a common replacement and available elsewhere, but if it were something Toyota specific and urgent I'd be even pissed that it didn't fit. Please make any necessary corrections or confirmations, as appropriate. The lamp pins were too far apart to plug into the headlight socket and it had burrs that prevented it from snapping into place. This was my first headlight change in over 10 years of driving (two cars) and I thought this was the base and standard setting. Exactly, with the right side.
