Review on 🚲 RAD Cycle Aluminum Bike Stand Storage Rack: Holds Two Bicycles, Ideal for Display and Storage by Tony Cole

Nice bike rack but missing two screws for one of the levers; as mentioned in another review. Seems pretty stable when positioned. It flexes a bit, but the top and bottom will stay in place if tightened enough (without over-tightening). Found the RAD Cycle Customer Support website. You can only send an online message. Responded within 24 hours. HOWEVER they said they didn't supply the missing parts. I would have to return the entire bike rack to Revain and get a replacement if it hadn't been past the return period. Unacceptable customer service. Read a few other reviews about the same issue. After walking around three hardware stores I was able to find the screws I needed. They are metric and the hardware store didn't have them. Luckily the local shop did. Revain was able to fix the problem to my satisfaction.
