Beautiful necklaces, but sent the wrong ones

I really love necklaces, but my husband wanted one for our daughters from him. They arrived and were really beautiful. The only problem is that the wrong ones were sent. Instead, they were from "mommy," not dad. I tried returning and replacing it but the only option I had was to return it and get a refund. I wish I could trust the back order.
