Pros: The cooling pad keeps the laptop cool. The fans are powerful and quiet. The pad has a tilt option, which is very handy when the unit is on my lap and I need to adjust the angle of the cooling table to level the laptop. It is not expensive. Cons: There are two fold out laptop pads on the front of the mat, one of which broke a day or two after using the unit. Placing the pad on a flat surface will limit the cooling performance of the fans as airflow is somewhat blocked. It would be great if the pillow could be adjusted in height both in the front and in the back. If you wear shorts like me and put this device on your knees like me, your legs will suffer from the pad digging into your skin. It gets uncomfortable pretty quickly. A better, rounder base would go a long way in terms of comfort. Enhanced laptop support helps keep your laptop in the correct position when the back of the stand is set at an angle other than flat or the next higher level. Update 07/21/2018 The company stands by its product and it is very easy to work with it. They sent me a replacement cooling pad to fix the broken one. I have to say that their customer service is outstanding. Rating changed from 3 to 4 stars.
