Review on Open Source Social Network by Brent Henderson

I like that it was easy to use, very customizable! The support is also excellent with their customer service answering questions quickly - often within minutes sometimes even seconds of asking them. Very pleased so far as we have been able get things up fast for our organization!! They can definitely improve performance at times but this product has worked well overall in meeting all needs from customization & set-up speed right through functionality / user experience issues/bugs etcetera! Our org does not want or need an "all bells'n whistles" social network solution (yet) however they do require easeofuse + powerto customize features specificly. We are solving those 2 problems simultaneously by using OSN along wth several other tools provided via Mavenlink.
