I like that it has helped my team stay organized, because we were previously using emails as our primary way of communication within meetings/presentations etc., but now with this app all information stays in one place! We can also make announcements via email or sms which saves us time when communicating internally (ease). Sometimes there's lag between messages being sent out from multiple people so you have some waiting around - not big deal though since its free version allows unlimited use

The most important feature in this software from my perspective, it's the ability to share files with other people within our organization as well as outside of it! I wish that there was some way to limit who can see what we're working on at any given time though - maybe something like Google Docs where you could change permissions? I like that it makes posting messages so easy, you don't have to go through multiple steps or worry about formatting your message correctly! As with most things in life we can always improve but as of now i love this app because its simple & quick! You also get all updates via push notifications which helps keep everyone up-to-date at once - not having one person constantly checking their emails/website etc. Nothing really comes across my mind right away :] So far pretty good nothing bad either
