I like how easy it is to use, it's really good at what it does. It makes managing groups of users simple. The reports are great too. You can create some pretty nice graphs for your company. Also, you can have email notifications sent out to members when a new post is made. The best part of this software is that it allows you to keep track of your clients and their activities without having to send them emails or follow up on their activities. I wish there were more options for tracking multiple contacts at once. It would be nice if we could have more details about our customers in one place.
