The best part of this software is that it allows you to keep track of your clients and their activities without having to send them emails or follow up on their activities. I wish there were more options for tracking multiple contacts at once. It would be nice if we could have more details about our customers in one place. If you are looking for a platform where you can easily manage all of your social media marketing, then Social Script is what you need! We haven't found anything that we dislike so far, but I am sure that we will see something when we start using it in a larger scale. We use Social Script to manage our social media marketing campaigns and also to help us stay in contact with our customers.
