Review on SocialScript by Sam Lund

The best thing about this software from my perspective has been its ability to be used in conjunction of other applications we are using (such like Salesforce).

It's not user friendly at all for new users but once you get it down then there isn't much more that I can say! We have had no problems so far when working together within our organization or outside organizations. This program allows us access via an application which helps keep track of important information regarding clients/customers without having them actually come into one location where they're able to view everything themselves; instead allowing people who do business remotely through email still see what needs attention immediately while also keeping up-to date with everyone else involved.
