Beautiful and obviously well made; beware. I tied it loosely (so as not to hurt her tummy) around my Corgi for this year's photoshoot. Looked charming. The way the tulle is tied to the ribbon with no protection causes pinching. It actually ripped out some of their fur and made them bleed. We had to take her to the vet for healing and care. Very upset with myself for the stupid idea and the company that made it for such an obvious design flaw. If you had just taped the top and bottom to eliminate the possibility of pinching, this could have been avoided entirely.
