First a few complaints: (1) Narrow keyboard. Because of this, I keep missing some keys. The backspace key is narrow, so I always press the equals key (=) and I'm also having trouble with P, Z, Right Shift, and a few other keys due to my fingers getting clogged. (2) The keyboard does NOT sit completely flat. . It's almost flat, but you can easily slide a coin under one side of the keyboard. Also, I would like the keyboard to have a lock so it stays in the closed position or stays in the open position until you unlock it. (3) No battery indicator. I use it with my iPad and there is no battery indicator for this keyboard. Many of my other BT devices show the battery level on the iPad but not on this keyboard. You get a low battery warning, but I want to know exactly what % of battery life I have left. HOWEVER, this is a keyboard and it works as intended. You press a key and the image of the key appears on the screen. It's great that it folds the way it folds, making it convenient for everyday use with my iPad. NOTE 1: I'm an experienced typist (>110 wpm) with large hands, so not all of the above complaints may apply to everyone NOTE 2: Initially, the keyboard kept disconnecting from the iPad. I worked with Arteck to get a replacement and the new one works with no connectivity issues. Thumbs up for the excellent customer service.
