Good soft plastic for collars, harnesses and leashes
I bought two of these for each of my dogs. The reason it doesn't smell is because it's made of soft plastic and doesn't absorb water. It's good for my dogs because they love the water, but doesn't look like it will last long for the price. Part of the collar has become stiff and looks like it will break when flexed. Also, it doesn't have a loop to hold the 1.5 inch length after it's zippered, so just hang it there.
