I still don't see any benefits - I'm still trying but can't stand how tight it gets, so can't realize any of the supposed benefits. It's not easy to put on, not easy to take off, and the compression makes it an uncomfortable ordeal! The material from which these compression stockings are made is pleasant to the touch, breathable and does not cause irritation. But all this and the inconvenience make the difference.
