Review on Certified Gemstone and Diamond Wedding Ring: Diamondere 14K White Gold Eternity Band for Women, Stackable and available in US Sizes 4 to 9 by Austin Cejudo

My wife has wanted an infinity bracelet with our daughter's gemstone (May Emerald) and diamonds since birth. Meanwhile, our son was born (November, Citrine), less than a year before our 10th anniversary. I used to consider this for specific occasions, but for one reason or another I've decided on other jewelry, most recently because another baby is due soon and I decided to explore options to include both. I've always had a hard time finding the exact infinity band she was looking for and spoke to a few jewelers here and there. Almost everything has to be made to order and of course it doesn't come cheap. Then came the pandemic and by the time we turned 10 it was becoming increasingly difficult to find a jeweler and go through the whole process. I then found this seller who has exactly the items I am looking for and although they are listed as products I was impressed to learn that they are handmade to order. First, the quality is excellent. Just unbelievable. The gold is heavy and of high quality and the stones are clean and beautiful. I was concerned about the thickness of the pieces so I used two pieces. But each one is beautiful on its own. Doesn't look flimsy and flimsy even in one. Most impressive was the customer service. My wife's engagement ring, which she wears on her (weak) left hand, is a size 5.5. I even slyly persuaded her to measure her ring finger again without understanding why. So here is what I ordered. It was found that, like most people, their dominant right hand/fingers were stronger and slightly thicker and therefore the original knuckles were difficult to get through and a bit tight. I wrote to the seller/jeweler (Diana) asking if there was a way to resize - fully expecting the answer to be either no, sorry or yes, but that would be an additional charge for that replenishment or resizing. I expected it and was willing to pay hundreds if I had to. Diana replied and explained that infinity rings cannot be resized BUT she would happily handcraft a whole new set of larger rings if I send the originals back. I did it gladly, paid for shipping and insurance, and about two weeks later I had brand new rings for $30. It even fit half sizes. I am so impressed with this seller - the quality, service, attention and communication was amazing. I was terrified of buying jewelry online, particularly through Revain, but this is a first class, honest seller with amazing craftsmanship. Will definitely add pics once I'm with my wife (who loves them and has worn them 24/7 since she had them).
