I've been using it for about 4 years but for the last year I've been getting bottles with the pump not working all the time. I swapped out the one working pump I had for a new bottle for several years, but the bottle was thrown away before the last time I pulled the pump out. It's so messy and quite awkward having to unscrew the cap and scrape the soap off the tube and try to level the bottle so it doesn't spill in the shower. A bottle a month for four years, but now I'm switching. I thought they would fix the problem a long time ago or at least respond to customers.
