After particularly persistent back pain and long hours of hard programming, I finally bought this back massager. In the end, this massager met and exceeded my expectations, and the portability is an added bonus. When needed, it's easy to move around the house, open shops, and relax without having to keep the massager in place like some other portable devices. The ability to control the heat and position of the roller is great for reaching those particularly troublesome areas. The rollers seem to be of good quality and you can get a pretty good intensity if you remove the roller cover. I'm about 5ft 4" and the neckline at the lowest height was perfect. small but found the rollers were properly positioned on my back to run right down my shoulder blades, which is where I carried most of my stress (here's maximum height though).
