I don't normally wear glasses, but I've found my arms are getting a little "shorter" and the fine print product information on labels is getting smaller and smaller (insanely small!). These glasses come in handy when I need help deciphering that microscopic imprint or when my eyes get tired after a long day at the computer. I also like how they block out blue light from computer monitors, making it easier to surf the web early in the morning or late at night. These goggles are built pretty well for the price. I keep one in my purse, one on my computer, and one on my bedside table.
