Does not moisten. Texture like petroleum jelly. Makes the bathroom floor slippery
It's just Vaseline with a scent. It feels thick and waxy when applied and gives the illusion that it conditions your hair. But unfortunately it leaves the hair dry and not soft at all. It also makes the bathroom floor very slippery and you risk falling. I do not recommend this product.
