What I dislike most about sponges is their longevity because they very often start to smell bad after a day or two. I clean the sponges in the dishwasher almost every day, but they still smell like mold. My whole kitchen stinks. I opened this box, took out a sponge and have been using it for almost three weeks with no smell! The cleaning side was just as effective as the day I opened the box, it didn't stain like other sponges and it didn't scratch my pans. The only thing I didn't like about them is that they are big. I'm quite a small person and was struggling to get one of these until my husband suggested cutting them in half. Boom! Ideally! Now I have twice as many sponges! Love it.
