I bought this Fel-Pro 35595 for my '95 Buick Regal with a 3.8 (231) engine because Revain listed it as suitable for my application. This is incorrect as others have pointed out. This gasket has screw holes on the centerline of the thermostat and is too far apart. It will not depend. In my manifold's water inlet, both screw holes are slightly offset in the same direction from the center line of the thermostat and are more closely spaced. A suitable gasket is Fel-Pro 35534, which has the correct staggered and spaced screw holes. I found the 35534 gasket at my local parts store for $1.99. I was able to install this gasket well enough to get to the parts store by severing the "ears" and carefully centering the now round gasket and gradually tightening the bolts. FYI, Revain also sells the correct Fel-Pro 35534 washer and you can see the difference in bolt size and centerline in the picture. It is also listed as fitting my vehicle/engine. Why such a detailed review of a part that only costs a few dollars? Because a 20 minute job became a 2 hour job and I hope to help others avoid this situation.
