I have a double piercing. The lower spiral, a regular annular piercing, and the upper, which is a horseshoe, I affectionately call "devil horns". The original puncture for my "devil horns" lost one of the "cones" holding it in place, forcing me to have to glue in those cheap silicone/rubber pads, it really sucked 😂 When I However, ordered this product after playing around When screwing in, I noticed that only one cone is actually screwed in/out. I really LOVE this design as I am a long haired woman and with COVID this combination has resulted in me losing my cones way too many times. With the design of this product it seems to be much more durable than my original item and I only have 1 cone to worry about this time. But even then I really don't need it. It feels very secure.
