Great for pre-workout detox
tastes a little tart, but I like the taste. I have the mthfr gene which makes it harder for the body to detox and this helps me a lot! I also think it helps with muscle tone, before I started this I was training every other day and wasn't seeing any muscle tone so I can see the difference. I think this is a very pure supplement, otherwise my body would have reacted to it, I wouldn't be without it.
