They were perfect for all my summer camping needs! I ordered 4 sets and couldn't be happier. I would NEVER take that many beach towels on our road trips/camping due to their size. But they fold up to the size of a traditional flashlight and are very good at absorbing moisture! I've seen some reviews complaining about their towels falling apart in the dryer, but it clearly says they're meant to air dry. I have machine washed many times but I air dry them and they still look brand new! As a side note, while camping I've tried to use the smallest towel as a washcloth for my face. and I didn't like him for it. The material didn't really hold enough moisture to foam my cleanser. It totally worked, but I prefer a regular face washcloth and use hand towels for towels. ;-) These are thin suede towels, so please understand what you are buying. They won't sop up a spilled bucket, but they do help dry you off after a camp shower, and they dry up in no time!
