NOT AS DESCRIBED! SCAM BUSINESS PRACTICE

The description clearly states that this car has a 'stainless steel' top. It is not true. Top PLASTIC. It looks like they forgot to put the top on because there are stainless steel spikes on the four corners of the top, but that's about it. all plastic except this one. I have tried to contact the seller for a replacement top but the contact number provided goes to the fax machine. How deceptive. Not only that, my brother put it together for me before I watched it. When I saw the finished product I was shocked! He had to disassemble it so I could send it back for a refund.
