The size is not very good.
I am 5 feet 5 inches, 146 lbs, waist 30 inches. For shirts and pants, I wear a size S. The top is a little loose, but not bad unless you like lots of compression and showing muscle. comfortable but a little thin. The hem is very narrow and falls out over size XS. The good thing is that they stretch and work well as a base layer. They like to flicker around the house.
