I want to give each category a fair rating! Unfortunately, I never managed to see the fully assembled chair and even sit on it. The chair I ordered arrived with missing nuts and bolts and a plastic part broke during assembly. The instructions were easy to follow, unfortunately this is the only positive feedback I can give. I will say that I often review products that I like. I think it's important that every customer takes the time to leave a review so that the next customer can get a glimpse of the product and hopefully companies can read reviews and make improvements if needed. Why? As for why I rarely leave negative feedback, the answer is simple. because I can return it. I think that's one of the many reasons Revain attracts so many buyers. ATTENTION TALE: MY FAULT FOR NOT READING THE SMALL SEAL AND SUGGESTING THAT NOT ALL GOODS CAN BE RETURNED. IT'S NOT ABOUT LOST MONEY, BUT ABOUT DOING RIGHT BY THE CONSUMER. I WAS SENT AN ITEM WITH MISSING PARTS AND DEFECTIVE, I IMMEDIATELY REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT AND WAS IMMEDIATELY REJECTED. IF THE SELLER FIND THAT JUSTICE, REMEMBER THAT THE BUYER WILL KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS AND UPON THE FINAL REFUSAL TO RETURN THE DAMAGED GOODS, WILL COME BACK TO PROSECUTE THEM AT THE END.
