I'm a lifelong musician with years of experience handling rackmount equipment. This part is by far the cheapest and most useless rack I have ever owned or used. Here's why: - EQUIPMENT IS NOT INCLUDED. Had to provide mine at my own expense - NO INSTRUCTIONS. You can collect in different ways, but only one is correct. Prepare to clear this up.- THE TRANSITION DOOR CANNOT WORK IF FULL. You cannot access the latches to open the door unless you donate the top and bottom compartments and leave them empty. Misleading Advertising. This is 7U swivel rack or 9U fixed rack, not 9U swivel rack. THE THREAD OF THE BOLT HOLES IS NON-FUNCTIONAL. At first I thought the thread was just snapping, but it turned out to be incorrectly drilled/threaded. They deburr, but that's because the threads of the hole barely engage the threads of the screw, so they trim off the edges right away. I managed to use it for what I need with great and unnecessary effort, but I would NEVER consider any other product from this manufacturer. If I could give 0/5 stars I would, but I have to give 1/5. Inadequate design, missing parts, inferior materials, poor quality control and misleading advertising. I strongly recommend buying something else. Avoid this brand.
