A toner that truly moisturizes. Great for dry skin.

This is such a nice experience….I figured most toners are pretty much the same but this one proved me wrong. It is such a soothing, hydrating experience. It leaves my skin softer and more moisturized each time I use it. Generous sized bottle. I use it on a cotton round. Can’t rave about it enough; it has what I need for my dry skin.
