I've been using it for 3 months and brewing iced tea and flavored water with the two attachments that came with it. Loose leaf ice tea is very easy to prepare. I add 3-4 tablespoons of 2 flavors (or fill the ball half full with one flavor) and let it sit overnight. In a plastic fruit bowl, I chop strawberries, oranges, and fresh ginger and leave overnight. I just refilled the water and used the same fruit for a week before replacing them. My only complaint is the amount of liquid the jug holds. I can go through a pitcher in 2-3 days so I started adding water to stretch the tea for a few more days. I haven't made cold coffee in it yet.
