Ankle weights best in my review

I needed to purchase new ankle weights as the straps on my well used ones finally ripped. I am now use to the 10 pounds on each ankle. I thought I had ordered a total of 10 pounds( 5 pounds for each ankle). Do check your selection carefully before placing order. The Velcro is strong and the strap is quite long- but I don’t have an issue with it.

Pros

The PT told my husband to get these to wear on his wrist while eating to stop his hands from shaking.

Cons

Can be cumbersome to put on and take off
