Our apartment building had security cameras, but they didn't cover everything. Since I live in a corner apartment, I bought 3 packs of KASA spot cameras. I put two in my window, facing out, and planned the third in my dog room (yes, she's a spoiled lab). The picture is excellent; I disabled "Record Sounds" because I received two notifications. Also, I had to turn down the volume on my phone when I was near these cameras, otherwise there was a feedback loop. But they do exactly what I wanted them for and at only $89 for 3 on special order I couldn't go wrong. It literally took about 45 seconds to set up each camera and connect to the WiFi.
