I can't say enough good things about this hair dryer. Firstly the quality is better than my own hair dryers, believe me I've compared them! It just screams quality every time you hold it in your hands! And the cold shot button that you just press and release, the rest you have to hold down. And the performance of this dryer is incredible. I've never had a dryer with this kind of power that I really needed to turn it down a notch. This $35 dryer is worth $200 in my opinion! I feel like I won the lottery. giggle
