I can't say enough good things about this hair dryer. Firstly the quality is better than my own hair dryers, believe me I've compared them! Mine arrived with nozzles well packaged but the dryer itself was just thrown in the box with no packaging. It seems to work, but I wasn't impressed. I have a thick mop of very fine wavy hair that reaches my waist and I wouldn't say my hair was as straight when I finished and not as fast as some of the other reviews. This is SO good hair dryer! It's fairly light considering the size, and the direct airflow vents proved more useful than I expected. My hair dries much quicker than my old Conaire and is a lot less frizzy/frizzy. In fact, it dries so quickly and has such gentle temperature presets that I even use it to dry my double-coated dog after his bath! Also, the fact that the cool air button clicks and stays on is such an improvement - why can't all other dryers run this program! Highly recommended
