Review on Optimized Rolling Laptop Case by AmazonBasics by Ryan Hoover

I've been using Samsonite wheeled laptop cases for a few years but inevitably they've always had zipper problems which made it very difficult (if not impossible) to close the case. Since I was on a tight budget and didn't want to spend more than $100 on a new suitcase, I decided to give this particular bag a try. And for the most part I really like it after a month of use. although there are some minor improvements that I would like to see in future versions of this product. First the details: I'm traveling with a thinner Hewlett-Packard laptop, one to four external hard drives, and all the necessary cables and connectors. for these devices. My previous suitcase allowed me to travel with a second laptop (which I've since retired from active duty) and its power adapter, so the already rather bulky Samsonite suitcase became very heavy very quickly. I like the feeling of lightness. about this case - it doesn't seem cheap and fits everything I need with a bit of space! It's much easier to maneuver than the Samsonite hull - it's not as clumsy when turning. So far I haven't had any issues with the wheels as another reviewer mentioned and I use this cover in parking lots on a daily basis. There are only two things I would change about this case. First I would let the inner baffle go all the way to the bottom of the case so things can't move from side to side. I often find cables slipping through the hole in the bottom into the part of the bag where I keep my hard drives. Seal the suitcase for travel. These are minor things though and won't stop me from buying this bag again. It's too early to tell if this case will hold up to all the abuse that Samsonite cases have caused - I've been through a case every three years. - but even if this special case lasts only 12 to 18 months, it will still pay off. Overall I'm very happy with this product and while it may not have been specifically designed for older, bulkier laptops, it's perfect for my purposes.
