I bought the first one hoping it would be loud enough for my 92 year old mother when connected to her tablet. While testing it at home, I fell in love with it because of my own tablet and a small 32-inch TV. So I bought a second one. After 3 weeks I gave it to my mother. She liked it so much that we bought her another one for one of her 3 PCs. We now have 3 of these speakers between the two of us. The sound quality is good for video chats and TV streaming. I wish the controls were a little easier to see, but I'm only saying that because it's not easy for my mom. We only used in aux mode as it's easier for my mom not to "vaporize" things. I also like that it stays in the mode you set. If we had to pick a mode every time, it wouldn't work for her because she can't hear well enough to know what mode she's in. says the volume almost knocked her out! Mission accomplished! Battery life. I bumped it up to 12 hours of continuous battery life, and I love that it turns itself off. after such a long silence. I think 15 hours of battery life is quite feasible. Highly recommended. Our needs were basic but still not and this speaker works great.
