We are building a new restaurant and bought 5 of them for our 5 cabins. We opened all the packages and noticed that one looked like it had been opened before, but sometimes the boxes just looked that way. A professional electrician comes to us and installs {Miller Electric} of Pineville, Louisiana. After hanging them all, we screwed in the bulbs, one fell and broke. Addison Bulb $32 from Lowes. We noticed that the inner threaded silver piece that the bulb screws into was held together with two small screws and was broken internally, as if someone had over-tightened the bulb previously. 4 units were good 1 bad/broken.
