Case looks good and fits my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9. As far as I can tell the material is genuine leather, soft and supple. The leather is stitched with microfiber and looks stylish. To me, the weight-saving measure of having a small cutout in the plastic frame makes sense and doesn't come at the expense of protection. Highly recommend as many cases are PU only.
