I bought 2 of these and wanted to wait until I use them a few times to review them. I've baked several double batches of homemade bread with it. If you bake bread in 10 liter Dutch ovens these are the perfect proofing baskets and I highly recommend them. First, they are made in Germany. That's a big, big, big plus for me. Second, they work perfectly. Dust them lightly with flour and the bread will fall out the first time you take them out each time. And the dough takes the right shape. Third, they are strong and durable. I expect to use them for many years. As far as I know, Bulka is planning other shapes than round ones, and I can assure you that I will buy other ones.
